Excellent small Swiss hotel, extremely good and helpful staff (even drove me to station when no taxi available in rain!) Good bar/bistro restaurant in hotel.
In Naters rather than Brig (about ten minute walk) - ok for me but perhaps not for those with walking difficulties or heavy luggage? Only fair value but this is true for all swiss hotels.

We recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Brig and had a wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. We especially loved the nice and clean shower in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of delicious options, including a great coffee, cheese, and fresh fruits. The hotel's location was convenient, especially if you're traveling by train as it's just a short walk from Brig station. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a small room for our family and a weird smell in the room, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself and the room very dated and there was noise of dripping water in the heating pipes.

Great value for money with clean rooms and a pleasant mountain view. The location is convenient with nearby restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the train station. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
The breakfast menu could have been more varied.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the hotel, especially in the common areas. It felt like stepping into a warm and welcoming home. The layout and design were also very accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating areas and easy navigation throughout the hotel.
I would have appreciated better signage or assistance from the staff regarding nearby attractions and activities suitable for senior guests.

We spent a weekend in a hotel located in a beautiful mountain area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and cozy. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast, made with fresh and local products. that, the hotel provided us with free Wi-Fi and a private parking lot, which was very convenient.
The location was a bit far from the main attractions, so we had to drive several miles to get to them. the noise from the main street was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel facilities were great, including good air conditioning, fast wifi, and a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food, including fresh fruits and nice cheese. This hotel was a fantastic base for exploring the city. The location was great, being close to many popular tourist attractions, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help us with any questions we had. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast in the morning that really helped us start our day off on the right foot.
We also found that the temperature in the room was a bit too warm, and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the noise level and temperature issues were definitely a downside to our experience.
